Yoga practice with peersWe’ve all heard of the amazing benefits of yoga. Whether you’re a novice or an expert, yoga with your colleagues is a great way to practice the postures, breathing exercises and meditation that makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. This 10-week workshop is led by Eleanor Roberts, RYT, BKin.
